Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Secure Pool Inspection

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

Secure Pool Inspection is committed to providing high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our inspection services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Inspection:

    • Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of any fees paid if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time.

  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Inspection:

    • A cancellation fee of $90 will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.

    • The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded within 15 business days.

    • At the discretion of the owner this fee can be waived.

  • No-Show or No Access:

    • If the inspector is unable to access the property or pool area due to customer unavailability or lack of access, no refund will be provided, and a new booking will be required with applicable fees.

2. Refunds After Services Are Rendered

  • Once an inspection has been conducted, whether the outcome is compliant or non-compliant, no refund will be issued as the service has been completed and is chargeable.

3. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their inspection without incurring additional charges if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection may incur a fee equivalent to the original booking charge.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If Secure Pool Inspection cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inspector availability, weather conditions), customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • In cases where errors or issues arise due to Secure Pool Inspection’s fault, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. How to Request a Refund

Include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation or refund request. By booking with Secure Pool Inspection, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
